DotRebates General Information
Stores and services offered through our website generally have rewards for using the links we provide before a purchase. Dotrebates get a commission based amount from each store when you make a purchase that is tracked from our website. In return we pay an average of 90% of that commission back to you and retain 10% for operational expenses. All account information is accessible from the "My Account" button at the top of the page. You can request payment once reaching the minimum payout, update information, file rebates and more.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 to participate in using our website. If you are 13 to 17 we strongly suggest receiving parental or guardian permission before use. We are not liable for verify age, but this may be required before cash back is received. It is at the disrection of website administration. Almost all stores will only pay a commission on US purchases, they may sell internationally but not pay commission for international sales. If this is the case your rebates will be declined.
Earning Cash Back
1. You must have cookies enabled.
2. The sale must be tracked from DotRebates.com and purchased in full at the time of your visit.
3. If you participate in competitor websites of DotRebates.com chances are your computer is storing cookies with their information for stores. Clear your cookies before starting your internet session to prevent not receiving cash back through DotRebates.com
4. Discount codes, coupon codes, employee discounts or other price changes and promotions may result in loss of commission. We will still pay 90% of the received commission, but it may be a lower amount than originally calculated or expected.
5. Purchase must not be made with a gift card, store credit or other form of credit.
6. Fraudulent transactions will not be paid and will result in account termination and forfeit of current cash back earned.
7. We reserve the right to hold, investigate, alter, cancel, decline, charge back or suspend any rebates filed at any time if we feel terms and conditions of this website have been violated, you have taken advantage of services offered, you exploit or attempt to hack any information stored for this website on your computer or in our databases.
Dotrebates is not responsible for tracking a sale, loss of a sale tracked due to technical issues, acts of god, merchant errors, database errors or anything else that can cause the loss of commission or tracking a sale.
Returns made to vendors may be debited from your account. This may cause your account balance to go negative if you have received cash back.
User Reponsibilities
Users are responsible for:
1. Filing for cash back by filing a rebate form with truthful and accurate information.
2. Create and mantaining only one account.
3. Keep your user information valid at all times.
4. Mantain a secure and safe password, we are not liable or responsible for lost password information and we can not process requests for password information or other user information.
5. Once cash back is aviable for payment you must request payment via the "My Account" screen and use the request payment form.
6. Do not request payment more than once as this will create a duplicate payment. Abuse of this will result in account termination. You may only request payment once and wait for payment to be received before requesting another payment.
Disclaimers and Limitations on Liability
